Transfer Pricing Study The Transfer Pricing team of BDO includes multidisciplinary professionals that since 2012 have been dedicated to gather the necessary documentation supporting the operations carried out by multinational companies in Chile with related parties located overseas or entities located in countries with low fiscal taxation, through the realization of transfer pricing research, following the instructions given by the local regulations, as well as the structure and recommendations stablished by OECD regarding this matter.

Nowadays we are aligned with the BEPS actions (Base Erosion and Profit Shifting), thus adapting our transfer pricing research to Action No. 13 referring to the Documentation Chapter.
