Because of the above, the BSO’s legal and labor department has the objective of advising the client in order to comply faithfully the current labor legislation and avoid any contingencies in this matter.

It should be noted that in Chile labour relationships are subject strong legal and administrative regulations. The importance of their strict observance is due to the previously mentioned. In order to comply this objective, we assist the customer from the preparation and updating of labor contracts until the end of the employment relationship.

And, eventually, we assist and represent it at court and before the supervisory authority.
