Executive Summary
He has more than 10 years of experience in Real Estate assets valuation. His professional background begins with the provision of services of valuation for different companies of the area at a domestic level, in 2011 he enters Colliers Internacional located in Santiago de Chile, where he worked as a Manager of Asset Valuation area, valuating all kind of assets for transaction and IFRS purposes. Furthermore, he led as a Manager of the Financial Apraissal area, providing valuation services for the financial industry.
Afterwards, he entered BDO as BDO Consulting Partner, Corporate Finances & Transactions area. He is an expert in valuation of all kind of assets, real estate valuation, work advances, machinery and equipment valuation, carrying out his work in the whole country, as well as in different places of the world, highlighting Colombia and Brazil.
Education
He is an Architect from Universidad Arturo Prat located in Iquique, being the first graduate of his generation. He has made Architecture studies in Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Spain. Furthermore, He is a graduate of the Master in Direction and Administration of Real Estate Projects (DAPI) given in the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning of Universidad de Chile. Jointly, he has carried out postgraduate studies in real estate valuations in the Center of Urban Studies of Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, as well as studies of Corporate Finance in the Faculty of Economy in Universidad de Chile.
