Lawyer from the Law Faculty of Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, with more than 13 years of professional career dedicated to the provision of legal advisory in corporate, real estate, banking and labor law matters.
He has been in charge of the planning and legal implementation of important mergers and acquisitions, analysis and control takeovers of companies, the corporate reorganization of business groups, drafting and review of contracts and reports in law, the study of domain titles, creation of legal-labor audits, as well as the provision of continuous services of legal secretariat for domestics and international groups.
Within the areas in which he has developed his professional skills, mining, bank, real estate and construction sector, services, education, telecommunications, industry and commerce, among others, are included.
Currently he is responsible for the internal prosecution service of BDO and the corporate-legal area of our firm.
